I placed an order online and after an hour and a half of waiting. I decided to call the store. They proceeded to lie to me and tell me that they never received my order but I could hear the employees in the background saying that they found it. Eventually they admitted it and apologize for lying... this is the second time I've had this happen with this store. Quite possibly the most poorly managed Milio's in the state
Our employees love them some Milio's.. if only we could mobilize the Waunakee location and have them serve our customers on Saturdays. Hmmm.....more to come on that. Scott, Andrea, and the rest of the staff rule. Give them your money and eat their food.
