A large grilling gazebo would be nice. Like, one with a fireplace in the middle of it to make s'mores or something.

Dealing with the Yearly Drunk Fest is, oh so fun. Beer cans in the yard drunk people, and loud obnoxiously lane music. Accompanied by some of the worlds classiest carival operators. Save you money, go to the beach!
