Do NOT try to go here for any sort of passport service. Would give 0 stars if possible. They do not take photos as advertised (camera has apparently been out for 3 months, which they did not explain when we made our appointment). They were tiffed when we showed up with more people than they thought, which we had told them four, and apparently whoever took our appointment down had only written two. Were extremely rude and lacked any sort of understanding when we had everything ready to go, but on the wrong form for 2 of us since we weren't aware they wouldn't qualify as renewals but had to be totally new applications. Sent us to Walgreens to get pictures and told us they would help us when we got back, only to come back and have them send us away. I have not experienced such TERRIBLE customer service in all of Wisconsin, so congratulations Waunakee Post Office, you take the cake for the worst.
I had the opportunity to visit this store today to ship my holiday gifts. I was impressed by customer service! Even though the store was quite busy, employees were very efficient. Great job! Thank you!
I have to totally disagree with the above reviewer. I just took my son (he is 19 years old) to the post office to get his passport application submitted. We called yesterday and were able to get an appointment today at 11AM. Connie was the one who helped us and she was understanding and efficient. It took us less than ten minutes. They were kind and respectful as well as knowledgeable about the process. It was convenient and easy to do. We had all of the necessary paperwork and materials needed and also had our photo taken at the post office. I highly recommend using Waunakee Post Office for all of your shipping AND passport needs!
Got my passport here. All you need to do is make an appointment. It was quick and I was in and out in 15min.
