I've stayed here 3 different times in my RV. Wintered there 2012. Lot's are small but this is the only place in the area that will accept an RV after Oct. Restrooms and laundry room are operable all winter. This is a very nice mobile home park and we will stay here anytime my work brings me here in the winter. Carl the manager is easy to work with. No complaints.

Great place for families to live... CLEAN well maintained community, nice playground for kids to play with a modern shelter available for gatherings! Friendly neighbors and residents. Country living just minuets to Middleton, WI; Waunakee, WI; Madison, WI (East side, West side, Downtown). Carl and his staff have been pleasant to deal with on several occasions. Our family could not be happier calling Don's Mobile Manor our home. Highly recommend to couples looking for a clean, safe, place to raise their children.
