We could not get anything beyond some really generic and overpriced recommendations. Felt like a waste of an hour long phone call, hike out to waunakee for an offuc meeting, multiple followup emails. Once they knew was had som money to spend on travel, it seemed like only the most overpriced options were present. I got a better deal on an expensive Arizona spa resort by calling myself rather than relying on the quote they got me. Same with flights - absolutely no consideration for cost whatsoever. We are not low budget travelers, but aren't willing to pay for overpriced travel because the time isn't put in to compare the options. Pretty darn disappointing.
I want to send out a huge Thanks to Jenni and the Vacation Designers team. They recently planned my first dive vacation for me to the Cayman Islands. We had 5 nights on Cayman Brac and another 4 nights on Grand Cayman. As you can imagine there were a couple flight changes, buses and cabs involved to get to our final destinations. Everything was seamless. Our vacation was laid out for us in a folder with all research and documents for our records. We were given perfect directions to navigate the airports and find our appropriate shuttles. All transportation was waiting for us and all 15 of our Scuba dives were great with no problems. I have no intentions of ever stressing myself out trying to plan another vacation. Leave it to the Experts and give Jenni a call. Oh and forgot to mention we saved money on the trip by having them plan it because as an agency they were able to get discounts unavailable to us trying to plan ourselves.
Great Experience working with Jenni and the team. They were responsive, quick to answer questions and did great work. It took a lot of the pressure off of us in planning our vacation. I would recommend them to anyone.
