Worst customer service I've ever experienced! Had to go into the restaurant to find out where our food was after sitting 20 minutes in the parked area for their drive thru. Watched 8 vehicles leave that had ordered after us. Went in and the manager Adam only offered me excuses as to what happened and never once offered an apology. Finally got our food and never got an apology. Will never go to this restaurant again because of the way this manager handled things. Retrain your staff in customer service since that is what you business is, customer service.
The building is well maintained and the employees are very polite and courteous. The food is incredible and always served quickly.

Been visiting this location ever since I was a kid and it hasn't changed one bit! The workers are still amazingly friendly and hard working. Your food and custard is even brought to your table! So glad to see they're remodeling this year!! Best family friendly spot in town!
The food is consistent with the other locations of this popular Wisconsin chain. The restaurant is always clean, the staff pleasant and I've never had an incorrect carryout order.
